The Company
J&L was founded in 1971 as a custom automation
and machine manufacturer, providing engineering and contract
machining solutions to manufacturers. Over the years, the
Company has developed custom machines for machining, assembly
and testing for a broad range of customers, which today includes
a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Together with our sister companies, Alliance
Machine Systems International, LLC and Alliance Machine
Systems Europe, BV, both manufacturers of equipment for the
paperboard packaging industry, we employ approximately 350
people in Shreveport, LA, Spokane, WA, and The Netherlands.
Our parent company, H Enterprises International, Inc, is a
closely held corporation, first organized in 1984, that owns
a number of business organizations.

solutions, to help our customers meet their production needs
and reduce operating costs. We have extensive experience in
a broad range of diverse industries, including automotive,
garden products, appliance, pharmaceutical, plywood, telecommunications,
battery, paperboard packaging, oil field and electrical power.
