Battery Vent-Cap Assembly and Test Cell
J&L has supplied a number of these cells to the battery manufacturing industry over the past 12 years. Each cell consists of 3 dial-index machines to assemble a plastic battery vent cap, heat seal it and test it.

Dial Index Machining System
J&L supplied an 8-station dial index machining system to an automotive manufacturer to produce an oil-pump body. The machine has been in production since 1997.

Robot Processing Cell
J&L has supplied a robot cell for fully-automatic deburring of small engine components.

Linear index systems – an economical alternative for less demanding work

Dial Index Pressure Testing Machine for Plumbing Components
J&L Group International has installed and commissioned a dial-index machine for pressure testing of plumbing components. The machine is capable of testing for minute leaks by measuring the rate of pressure decay of pressurized air within very precise parameters. The machine is fully automatic and can test over 1200 parts/hour using multiple nests and a robot to load parts.
